Welcome to Global Neuro & Spine Care Pvt. Ltd ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website https://www.globalneuroandspinecare.com, our mobile application ("App"), and related services, including online health consultations, appointment booking, pharmacy ordering, diagnostic services, updates about admitted or discharged patients to concerned affiliated doctors/ caregivers/users, and digital record storage (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.
Scope of Services
Global Neuro & Spine Care Pvt. Ltd is a digital healthcare platform focused on brain and spine care. It enables users to schedule online consultations, access health content, book appointments, and store or share medical records. It also lists and facilitates access to licensed neurosurgeons, spine specialists, diagnostic centres, medical laboratories, registered pharmacists, related healthcare videos, and post-surgery exercises.
The platform acts solely as a technology interface for connecting users with third-party healthcare providers. The Company does not itself offer medical treatment, operate clinics, dispense medicines, or conduct diagnostics.
Emergency Services
Global Neuro & Spine Care Pvt. Ltd does provide certain emergency services in selected locations. Presently, we offer ambulance services for brain and spine emergencies within Durgapur, West Bengal, through our tie-ups with licensed ambulance operators and local hospitals.
We are actively working on expanding these emergency services to other regions across India via strategic partnerships with registered healthcare providers and emergency transport operators.
It is important to note:
- The emergency services facilitated by us are subject to availability and serviceability of our partner networks.
- We act only as a facilitator and do not directly own or operate any ambulance services or emergency medical units.
- While we strive for timely coordination, we do not guarantee or warrant immediate availability or response time.
- In the event of a life-threatening or critical emergency, we advise users to always contact their nearest emergency response number or hospital directly.
Disclaimer: Our emergency service facilitation does not replace or substitute a government-authorised emergency medical response system. Users should exercise their own discretion when seeking such services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising out of the use of the Services by a minor without appropriate supervision. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
User Account
Users must create a secure account to access personalized services. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@globalneuroandspinecare.com.
Medical Information Disclaimer
All health-related content available on the platform, including articles, FAQs, responses from professionals, or other educational materials, is provided solely for general informational purposes. Such content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users must not rely solely on the information provided on the App or Website to make decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, medication, or any medical procedures. Telemedicine and Second Opinion Services
The platform enables users to book teleconsultations with specialists; request second opinions; order medicines from listed pharmacies; and schedule lab tests through listed diagnostic centres.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
All payments for consultations, pharmacy orders, or diagnostics must be made via our secure payment system.
If a provider cancels a confirmed pre-paid booking, with at least 24 hours' prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Health Records
You may upload prescriptions, test results, medical histories, and other records to your profile, including your family members. By uploading, you authorize the Company to share such information with relevant providers for care coordination, public policy and research purposes.
User Conduct and Prohibitions
- Post abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Use the platform for marketing, spamming, or solicitation.
- Misrepresent their identity or purpose.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, interface, graphics, logos, and service marks are owned by or licensed to Global Neuro and Spine Care Pvt. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third Party Services & Links
The platform may display links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability will in no event exceed Rs. 10,000/- or the total amount paid by you in the past 6 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of Terms. Upon termination, your right to access content and records may be revoked, unless retention is legally required.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and app. Your continued use after such updates implies acceptance.
