Dr. Arshiet Dhamnaskar

Dr. Arshiet Dhamnaskar was trained at the Western India Institute of Neurosciences, Kolhapur, with interests in neurotrauma, neurocritical care, medical education, academic communication, and clinical workflow efficiency. As Academic Programme Coordinator, I help structure resident teaching through case discussions, operative orientation, exam-focused sessions, journal clubs, guest lectures, and academic schedules. I was awarded the Torrent Young Scholars Award – Neurosurgery 2026, National Level First Prize. I am a member of Mensa, the international high-IQ society. Alongside clinical neurosurgery, I work in academic visual communication — including educational design, medical publication design, presentations, posters, newsletters, event branding, and academic visual systems. My earlier roles include Vice President for PR & Communications and Publication Director at MSAI, and Lead Designer for MSAI Vani, the official annual magazine. I also write poetry and reflective pieces in English, Marathi, and Hindi at arshiet.com/writing, and use photography as visual storytelling across nature, travel, and street work. My photography was recognised with the Mensa PhotoCup 2025.
