Dr. Manish Roshan Thakur

Dr. Manish Roshan Thakur is a consultant psychiatrist based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He completed his MBBS from MGM Medical College, Jamshedpur, and his prestigious MD in Psychiatry from AIIMS, New Delhi. He has further enriched his expertise with specialized certifications in Sleep Medicine from the University of Michigan and systematic reviews from Johns Hopkins University, alongside hands-on training in neuromodulation (rTMS) from AIIMS. Dr. Thakur has served as a Senior Resident in the Department of Psychiatry and Drug De-addiction Center at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, and as a visiting consultant at IIT New Delhi. Currently, he practices as a consultant at Dr. Manish's Brain Clinic in Dehradun, co-founded the edtech platform "Psych Reads" for psychiatry residents, and has extensively contributed to psychiatric literature with multiple peer-reviewed publications and national awards.
